After the completion of services, all submitted materials are deleted from our internal systems within a reasonable timeframe to ensure data security.

4. Payments, Invoicing, and Refund Policy

Invoices are issued upon confirmation of the service request and must be paid in full before the final delivery of the edited material, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via WayForPay using bank cards or other supported payment methods. Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive a confirmation email, and the editorial process will begin within the agreed timeframe.
You may cancel your service request before editorial work has started to receive a full refund.
If editing has already begun, partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of work completed.
If you are dissatisfied with the final result, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a re-edit or refund review
5. Service Delivery
All services are delivered digitally via email or secure file transfer. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery timelines will be agreed upon in advance, and RedactoChem commits to timely and professional communication throughout the editing process.
